Clients have mentioned they like the fact it is just a link to access the call and they find it easier to use than other platforms. It’s good that they have an app you can download instead of having to use a webpage platform. I like it has a virtual background option that you can customise, but I wish the background colour of the platform itself could be changed to suit my own branding and preference. The screen sharing option doesn’t always recognise all the open windows but after bringing the document you want on the screen and going back to screen share it works well. Private messaging works well. It would be nice to be able to change the colour though. I haven’t tried the streaming option yet but am looking forward to doing so. There have been no ads showing up when I use it.
